The Phoenix Fast Break Club website is an information service available
to the public pursuant to these terms of service. Please read
these Terms of Service. By using this service, you accept

The Phoenix Fast Break Club website provides a guestbook
to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas, and
to encourage users to take an active role in this website.

in addition to these terms, and any person(s) who register
for these services will be prompted to AGREE with those terms
and conditions before the completion of the registration process
and active participation in those services.
In short, however, we provide the guestbook for your benefit
but the majority of information therein will come from a variety
of individuals and groups other than The Phoenix Fast Break
Club. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting,
regardless of whether the posting comes from a user, from
a celebrity or "expert" guest, or from a member
of our staff. Responsibility for what is posted in the guestbook
on The Phoenix Fast Break Club website lies with each user.
Further, we retain the right to deny access to anyone who
we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this
agreement.
The Phoenix Fast Break Club expects that you will not use
the guesbtook to violate anyone's copyright, trademark, or
other intellectual property rights. By submitting material
to The Phoenix Fast Break Club website, you are representing
that you are the owner of the material, or are making your
submission with the express consent of the owner. Submitting
material that is the property of another, without the consent
of its owner, is not only a violation of this agreement, but

E-Mail Harvesting/Spamming
From time to time, users post their e-mail addresses in
guestbook, and other public posting areas. They do this for
the convenience of fellow posters and not as an open invitation
to receive unsolicited e-mail from third parties offering
goods or services for sale. You agree not to harvest these
e-mail addresses for purposes of "spamming" -- sending
unsolicited e-mail from third parties offering goods or services
for sale. Violations of this term may make you liable for
a spamming fee and penalties at a cost to be determined by
us.
Disclaimer of Relations
The Phoenix Fast Break Club website is a public website
that focuses on UW-Green Bay women's basketball. The Phoenix
Fast Break Club, its administrators and staff, offer no expressed
or implied official relationship with the University of Wisconsin-Green
Bay and acts solely at the discretion and interest of the
website's staff. The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay does
not in any way endorse The Phoenix Fast Break Club website
and makes no claims to the accuracy or suitability of the
site.
Notification of Changes
These policies are effective as of June 10, 2005. We reserve
the right to change this policy at any time, and will post
any changes to this policy as soon as they go into effect.
As a medium, the Web is constantly changing and we may find
it necessary to change these policies from time to time. If
you continue to use the service after we post any such changes,
you have accepted this agreement as modified.
PRIVACY
The Phoenix Fast Break Club is the sole owner of the information
collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this
information to others in ways different from what is disclosed
in this statement. The Phoenix Fast Break Club collects information
from our users at several different points on our site.

Like many other websites, our site utilizes a standard technology
